We are pleased to offer a virtual consultation option for new patients. Follow the instructions below to send us a series of 5 photographs of your smile. If you are a new patient seeking an online smile assessment, we will reach out to you within 1-2 business days.
If you are a current Invisalign patient, we may be able to offer a virtual treatment appointment to evaluate your progress. After reviewing your submitted photographs, we will send you more aligners, avoiding the need to come in to the office for every appointment. If this applies to you, please submit your photos (as described below) to us one week before you are scheduled to finish the last set of aligners you have. This will allow Dr. Prestwich time to review your photos and mail your aligners on time to continue treatment.
How it Works:
1. Ask someone to help you replicate the photos below using a digital camera or smartphone.
2. Submit all 5 of your photos using the form below and tell us about any concerns you have.
3. Dr. Prestwich will review your photos and our treatment coordinator will contact you to discuss any recommended treatment.
How to Photograph Your Smile
Photos should be taken in a seated position, in a room with good lighting. For best results, have someone else take the photos, as they can be difficult to take on your own.
